How do I receive my VIP package?
Your package is activated for your Steam account automatically, shortly after the purchase is completed. In-game, just type /help to see all your VIP commands. If anything doesn't show up, ping us on Discord and we'll fix it right away.
On which servers is my VIP valid?
One package — all servers. Your VIP works on all 11 Survivors.gg Rust servers, no extra purchase needed.
Can I gift a package to a friend?
Yes! Open a package, click Gift and enter your friend's SteamID64 — they get the VIP, you get the karma.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, no questions asked — head over to My Subscriptions and cancel with one click.
What about refunds & chargebacks?
VIP packages are digital goods and activate instantly, so all sales are final — the Elite Package in particular is non-refundable. Picked the wrong package or something went wrong? Talk to us on Discord first — we'll always find a solution together. Please don't open a chargeback: unwarranted chargebacks result in a permanent ban on all Survivors.gg servers.
